Our small batch, totally fresh salsa is made in Santa Cruz, California.

Hot, Mild, and Pico de Gallo

These three salsas are made with only the freshest ingredients. We pride ourselves in never using canned tomatoes or bottled lemon juice. This gives our salsa a flavor that stands out from the others.

Salsa Verde

A delicious blend of roasted tomatillos, charred jalapeños, and a mix of special spices make a perfect salsa to serve straight out of the jar with chips. The verde can also be used to make enchiladas, posole verde, or slow-cooked with chicken or pork.

Salsa Asada

This smoky salsa, made from fired roasted tomatoes is fantastic right out of the jar with tortilla chips, fish tacos, or nachos. Also great in the slow-cooker with beef, or a great addition to soups that need a little “kick.”

Roasted Roja

Roasted tomatoes, paired with zesty guajillo chiles, create a flavorful sauce that can be used to make enchiladas, posole, Chile Colorado, or slow-cooked with your favorite meats or vegetables.
